Me and some of my friends decided to walk to the top.. Its a nice ascend with shady roads leading to the top. Once reaching on top we stayed there until the sun setting above the Guwahati skyline. Amazing view was it.

A unique temple, with all the Graha pujas done under one roof. situated on a hilltop, it gives a good view of the city as well. It is supposed to be built during the rule of kings in Assam.

You have to be more specific, however almost all of Guwahati hills have same vegetation cover, Navagraha temple has lots of green bushes, trees and not much commercialize. Temple is specifically surrounded by monkeys.
