No matter when you visit there is magic in this garden. The Japanese garden is fabulous from any angle so bring your camera. We just missed the daffodils but the trees were in bloom and wonderful. Later in the spring come the peonies and they will motivate you to stop at the most exotic nursery to add some to your... More

Its been way more than a couple of years ago but I remember it as a very nice place to visit during the summer, more for adults than kids. Its easy access right off the Ohio Turn Pike, on the edge of a small town. It was put together several generations ago by a couple who had time and money... More

Each time you visit the scenery changes with the multitudes of plantings. Very handicapped accessible including a golf cart ride throughout the seasonable gardens. The Brown meeting rooms are designed to handle various sized meetings. Activities during the year are extremely informational and are generally part of the entrance fee.

This arboretum is breathtaking. The variety of trees, annuals, perennials, bonsai, ornamental vegetables and kitchen gardens are amazing. You can walk the grounds at your leisure of just sit and enjoy the views. Allow about 2 hours to enjoy all of the sights. The swans in the lake are a nice addition to the location. A great place for a wedding or outdoor... More

The arboretum and gardens are a trust from the Schedel Family. After their passing the gardens and arboretum became available to the public. Their home is available to the public as are the gardens. The garden is beautiful in all seasons. There are a wide variety of annuals, perennials and trees. Including the Yoshino Cherry Trees which are from cuttings... More

Beautiful grounds that are so peaceful. The swans are so tame they are not bothered by you being there. Bring a bottle of cool water with you as on a hot day you may need some water. After wards we went to the Amish Country diner for lunch not far away. Takes about an hour to see. Work it in... More

The bonsai garden display was very impressive, and a pleasure to walk through. I was particularly drawn to the upper garden, which boasts over a hundred varieties of... More
