It's a great place along the Scioto River. It's about a mile long with nice views at any time of the day. Beautiful sunsets. In the summer there are free concerts on Friday nights featuring a wide variety of musical styles. Always high quality and...More

Wonderful for strolling, running, biking, scootering, resting — relaxing. Great way to take in the Columbus skyline while learning a little bit about Ohio history. Well kept and a big thumbs up to the folks who re-imagined and led the redevelopment of this terrific space....More

We spent a fun hour or two walking along the riverbank and taking photos of downtown Columbus. Very pretty spot.

Wonderfully maintained walkway along the Scioto River; decorated with holiday lights every December. Romantic and fun. Go, support downtown Columbus, stop in to a local establishment after your walk for a drink and a bite to eat.

Usual American style embankment by the river in a downtown of a typical American city. European and Asian historical versions and beatiful diverse American nature appeals to me much more. Great plan for a run or scating though.

Despite the river's historic significance to Columbus, for most of my 60+ years the downtown Scioto River area was to be generally avoided. Not anymore! The wide walkways and thoughtful development provides residents and visitors an expansive attractive river park green space for views of...More

As two people who had never visited Columbus before, my husband and I were very excited to explore the Scioto Mile. It did not disappoint! The river is both clean and pretty. We saw adventurers kayaking down the river. The path next to the river...More

It's a great free place for families to cool off, but it could use a few more mature trees for shade.

We walked a small section of the area from the splash pad to the Rock climbing wall on a very warm Sunday before Labor Day evening. Many interesting spots for photos. Watch for bike riders who don’t announce their approach from behind.

The Scioto Mile itself is miles of walking paths, trails, fountains, and gardens with resting areas. Which is FREE!

The Columbus Commons garage is a short walk, maybe 2 blocks. Also, at the Millieum there is valet parking. You could get lucky and find a metered street parking spot.
