I came here as a kid for summer concerts, took prom photos here, took many dates here, and then got married here. So I am a bit biased. But I think it is one of the most beautiful places in Columbus. If you are going to Vienna, go to the Schonnbrunn Palace Gardens. If you are in Columbus, go to... More

OK, October in Ohio is *not* the peak time to visit a flower garden! But even on a grey, overcast day it was definitely worth a leisurely stroll. Very pretty and very relaxing. There were still quite a few roses still blooming and in bloom. Lots of weddings are held here in season. Go. Relax. Enjoy!

Enjoyable park with dozens of types of roses and other flora. A local place that couples come to with a photographer for a special moment (engagement, family photo). On Sunday nights during the summer they have concerts in te large cupola.

I know of no where else that you can view so many labeled variety of roses. No admission, just a city park with paths to walk on. Sometimes I am there, I think that the roses need attention, trimming, etc. I am not sure if this is done by park personnel or families adopting a variety .

This park is so large that you never feel crowded and there are many different paths to walk, including in the woods and meadow or in the flower gardens. It is well maintained and a real gem in the middle of the city.

This is a lovely spot in summer. It has lots of shady trees and a playground. It also has lots of green fields for playing, running and organised games. It makes for a pleasant morning stroll or an afternoon picnic.
