We were at the Franklin Conservatory last week and were able to witness the reveal of the butterflies, it was absolutely incredible, there are multiple gardens and displays, im not sure I got to see everything so I want to return, beautiful place. The outdoor garden is free, the interior is a cheap fee of about $10-$15 per person I... More

I have been fortunate enough to grow up with the Franklin Park Conservatory near my house. I've had member passes since I was a child. I've brought my models here for my photography class and have gone on dates here. It is impossible to not take pictures or stand still, breathe and take it all in. My favorite part like... More

this place is a gem in columbus, and any residents (or visitors that have the time) must visit here. Visit on a nice day in warm weather to appreciate the outdoor landscape and the gardens, then go inside and check out the exhibits. The butterfly exhibit is the must-see attraction. enjoy!

Beautiful grounds and displays. During tulip bloom, it is amazing! Also recommend going during forestry days, kids (under supervision of forestry spotters) can scale trees and repel back down. Bonzai garden is wicked awesome.

I took my 2 daughters 4 and 6 years old and we spent all day looking around. There was activities to do inside and they just loved it. Great scavenger hunt and lunch with the butterflies priceless. We go back a few times a year.

The grounds are great for walking. There are often wonderful exhibits and children's programs as well.

Although it has lovely gardens, the price isn't worth it in the winter. Very limited viewing. Save your $ and go in late spring early summer when you can really enjoy it.

Very pleasing in all respects - variety of botanicals, display of them and of sculpture, and reasonably priced. For me it was a real learning experience in an area in which I had relatively little background.. A first trip of 2+ hours is adequate with subsequent returns being based upon one's particular interests. Just beautiful at Christmas and other holidays.... More
