This place is great fun for children and adults, The silk road exhibition was really good with real silk worms and jars to sniff and guess contents. They have serious dinosaur bones here but maybe presentation could be a little more imaginative. However, the children...More

I went there especially for the planetarium which was great. The rest of the astronomy exhibition had too little depth for adults in my opinion.

I love taking my kids to science museums and I had been really excited to see COSI. When you look at various published rankings, it is always really high up there in terms of science museums in the US. It is often the very highest...More

I love this place. You don't need kids to have a great time and learn a ton. Spend the extra money and check out the planetarium.

So mobile COSI came to my daughter's school and she got a certificate for a free admission which saved me $15. We upgraded and saw "Backyard Wilderness" in 3-D. The movie was cute but did not wow me the way I was expecting. The food...More

We came here as a family of five. This place is huge! We stayed from 11-4 and was not able to see every attraction or gallery. My five year old loved the kid's play place on the second level. The planetarium is fun and the...More

They have a large parking lot, in a very urban and congested area.... I am not 100% sure but maybe where they park buses for school trips. Call the center, as it would require permission I would assume.

I have seen every age at COSI. Of course, depending on the child's ability to interact would determine how appropriate the visit. However, COSI maintains the ability to motivate adults and children.
