We recently were here for the Elton John concert and then a few weeks ago for a Cavs game. Both visits we had a great time. The ladies rooms were very clean no trash laying around, trash receptacles were not overflowing.

I had a cast on my foot and so needed handicapped seating. The staff was very helpful - all of them, and friendly. Loved it!

My friend lost her keys and staff knew before she did that she lost them and the keys were waiting for us as the exit! Of all the exits! They were patient and courteous in a time of panic. Venue was clean and welcoming.
