A nice park, very big, lots of trails. Love walking my dog on the trails. The trails are a nice mix of wooded and grassy areas. Plenty of trashcans as well.

Our hiking group is always looking for a new path. This abandoned rail line is apparently part of South Chagrin Reservation, although you'll pick it up as a bridle trail in Chagrin Falls. At first, the path is paved, but then turns into the gravel...More

South Chagrin is just up the road from another great park, North Chagrin Reservation. South Chagrin is home to an arboretum, Squaw Rock, and a ton of trails to walk or hike on. If you like exercise there is a fitness trail, all purpose trial,...More

We came here on a hot summer day to do some hiking. We did two short trails, one of which included a water hike that led to a small waterfall. We were with five kids aged 6-16, and everyone had a wonderful time.

Squaw rock area is really wonderful to see. The rest of the trails are nice too, and even though they are mostly well marked, they could use some additional markers.

Wonderful route from North Chagrin through South Chagrin onto Bedford Reservation and down to the Ohio Canal. Especially when the colors are changing. Slow leisurely ride with no pressure. Does need a few more spots to pull over, take a picture and just enjoy the...More

Love the trails, also a mix of open fields for picnicking! People tend to be friendly and a great place to bring your pup!

Incredible trails and views. Home of Henry Church's Squaw Rock sculpture from the 1860's. In a few steps you completely leave "civilization" for the REAL world. Trails lead right down to the Chagrin River
