Very nice display of inaugural dresses. Mrs. McKinley's home was also interesting. Be sure you check the tour schedule before you go. You cannot visit the house on your own.

They offer a tour of the McKinley home and have a small museum that has changing exhibits every 6 months. The tour takes about an hour and the guide was very well informed. They offer Junior Ranger for the kids and even our 8 year...More

This is a very interesting museum. Be prepared to climb stairs, though. Part of it is the Saxton House, which was the family home of Ida Saxton McKinley. Lots of info on the McKinleys along with our nation's First Ladies. Worth the trip.

I wanted to visit the First Ladies Library on the last full day of the Obama presidency. It is actually two attractions: the library itself is quite small and the former home of President William & Ida McKinley is down the street. Both had very...More

I visited the library and the Ida Saxton ( wife of William McKinley) home recently. The 2 sites are on a combined ticket and work well together. The library was good, but the Saxton mansion was great.
