Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

But it's something interesting to look at if you're driving by. There's LOT's of these huge things stretching into the distance.

Very nice to see an eco-friendly area. Went there to visit family for a cousin's 60th birthday. Glad to see the windmills.

I was fortunate to be a part of a group tour in which we were able to stand inside the base of one of these turbines. It was interesting to see the inside and learn how they are maintained. Well worth the time. If you have the opportunity to include this as a part of tour in the area I highly encourage it.

I love watching the windmills! It is so quiet and peaceful. There is also an education center there where you can see how much electricity is being produced.

This is not a real park or attraction. It is just a few windmill near the city landfill. If you want to see energy at its best, head up to Davis Bessy Nuclear generating station or to the Indiana border to see an impressive set of hundreds of wind turbines.

All I can say is if you want to see windmills go to the thumb of Michigan. Its covered with them, and have ruined the landscape of the farmland. But Bowling Greens are cute.

I have yet to visit this farm, because I am a little taken aback learning these big giant structures were supposed to keep the electric bills lower. However, they don't and most of the time when I drive by they aren't even turning. they are just an eyesore.

What's to say? It's a wind farm. There are four wind generators. Easily viewed from US Route 6 and may other vantage points within line of sight. If you've never experienced a wind generator up close, the magnitude of these tall white beasties is truly impressive. Even with the wind howling, the blades rotate with a majestic tranquility as though moving through transparent molasses (yes, the slow rotation is by design). A monument to technology for some, to others these represent blights on the visual landscape and disruption to the soundscape (whoop, whoop, whoop). Pick your camp, or neither and simply enjoy.
