Easy walk with diverse bush
Jul. 2021 • Family
Lovely easy walk, plenty of native bush. Looks like good camping area. Needs more seating along the way to sit and enjoy the views. Well signposted.

A must if you are near Quorn
May 2021
A must if you are near Quorn. We did the 2-3 hour loop walk of the gorge and it only took 2 hours. When you get up to Smoko's lookout the view is simply stunning. We also saw a Yellow Footed rock wallaby which was a real treat.

20min drive from Quorn
Jan. 2021 • Couples
We only had a quick stay in Quorn and were recommended by a local to visit the gorge. Just beautiful, especially early morning with lots of wallabies in campground.

A beautiful walk.

We walked anticlockwise - would have loved to be camping there and walked it both ways! Had a picnic lunch on a log looking out at the stunning scenery. Uncrowded. Refreshing. Beautiful.

Lovely Spot
Jun. 2020 • Couples
Easy first destination from Port Lincoln.
Serene ancient surrounds. Saw another Yellow Footed rock Wallaby.
Have concerns with it being over developed and organised.
Coldest morning ever in the van. 1 degree.

Very relaxing

Great easy trek.
Path identification is with white spot on trees. Then clearly visible
Only problem is to find starting point... we missed the car park.

In case of rain, or just after rain, it will probably not be so nice.

Beautiful Area
Oct. 2019
We really didn't know what expect when we went to Warren Gorge. There is an entrance fee for day visitors of $5. There are a couple of drop toilets facilities blocks and some great camping spots throughout the gorge.
We were not camping but really just wanted to see the gorge. There was a map showing a loop walk. We ended up driving through the narrow section in the 4WD before the area opened up again. It was then we realised that we had just done the gorge. So we parked the car and add a walk through which was lovely. Unfortunately we didn't see any Yellow Footed Rock Wallabies. A very pretty part of the Flinders Ranges.

We did the loop walk
Oct. 2019
For a hot day we would have loved it if the walk had remained in the shady part of the gorge but that was only the beginning. After that it became steep up to the top of the ridge, in hot sun and those annoying little flies. Wear insect repellant. Take water. Luckily, once you reach the ridge it's a fairly fast descent back to the gorge. For us it took two and a half hours.

This is a beautifulpart of the FlindersRanges. The wild life abounds and colour changes troughout te day is spectacular. Warrens Gorge is easily accsessable from the township Of Quorn. A camera is a must. As there is so much to see ,walking shoes will let you see a lot more from the hills.
