I've been here several times and each time I'm a little dissapointed after visiting some of the other cellar doors in the region. The wines dissapoint a little and it seems more popular due to the branding then the actual product.
We were served by a most knowledgeable gentleman who did not limit his attention to us in any way and went that bit further, giving us tasting of a most magnificent port not usually for tasting. This was a highlight of our trip to McLarenvale.
