A friend had recommended this cruise. Five years later, I finally got to verify their recommendation. Mixed into the relaxing cruise and nature experience was some significant learning about our dynamic Coorong. Our hosts, Bain and Dave were well organised, knowledgeable and presented their commentary in an easy listening and informative way. The commentary included aspects of the changing nature... More

The cruise was very worthwhile. The crew were excellent with a very interesting commentary, experience of a lock, the opportunity to walk across the dunes to the sea, understanding something of the native food sources and view the diversity of plant life. The lunch was a great variety and the crew very efficient at providing both lunch and afternoon tea.... More

We went to the 6 hour Adventure Cruise on the last day of our holiday, and it was a proof for the saying: 'Leave the best for last'. We enjoyed every minute, the cruising was great, guided walks were very informative, the food was more then enough and tasty. People working on this Cruise are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.... More

I have been telling everyone I know to do this cruise. It was fabulous. Well organised and great fun as well as being very informative about SA history and culture. Loved the story of the crazy bushranger and it is true! Why has this not become a movie??? Better than Ned Kelly!

Took one of these runs out through the lock and to the Murray Mouth. Great short trip, excellent commentary. We were able to beach the boat at the mouth, get off and walk around there for a bit.

An excellent day out. The crew were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We had a lovely freshly prepared lunch at the start of our cruise. Throughout the trip the commentary was informative and easy to hear. We were able to move around on the boat and go upstairs (outside) where the view was excellent. We saw lots of wildlife including a... More

The description of the fauna and the life of the Coorong was fantastic. The walks to the aboriginal sites were very informative. Both Bain and David was able to connect the life of yesterday experienced by both the indigenous and the early settlers and those of the recent times made the experience a treasure. Thanks for the wonderful lunch and... More

The two guides on our cruise were very knowledgable and friendly. We learnt a lot about the Murray and have a better understanding of the press about it. The lunch on the cruise was fresh and more than expected. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the cruise.
