Paola, the winemaker at Robert Channon Wines, single-handedly cooked and presented Spanish-style food and drink at the Singing Lake Cafe. We really enjoyed it, it's nice to have variation to cuisine. She brought out warm mixed olives, prawns in a delicious bath of chilli-garlic infused...More

We had this place repeatedly recommended for a visit on our first trip to the granite belt and glad we did. I think we were hosted by the founder himself who was a very urbane recycled Brit. Sort of like Ricardo Montalban without the dwarf...More

We stopped here for a little wine tasting. The staff were very helpful and the grounds were well looked after. We also had a coffee with a slice of home made cake at the coffee shop too. Very nice.

Arrived here late morning and surprised to be only car there. Verdelho is the specialty here but have a good range and generous tastings. Cold and windy for us but the outlook over lawns and dam would be great on a sunny day.
