Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great wines, took a couple away with us. Our dog was allowed in the Cellar Door, some were asked to sit outside with theirs to avoid too many inside which is sensible.
Staff were efficient and friendly.

1st winery on our tour. Ash was the best host of the day. He was very informative & knowledgeable without being a wine snob. He had great energy and passion and it showed when he talked and explained each wine. The wine was also excellent!

With Covid restrictions in place all over the area, the owners fitted us in for a quick wine tasting.
We were seated at a table and then talked through some lovely wines in the tasting process. It was lovely winery with great facilities and would be lovely to sit there on a summer afternoon drinking wines.

Ash took his time to explain each wine and it's characteristics. Arranged freight to our home at no extra cost, After the tasting he took us out the back to show the progress of some fermenting red grapes and explained the process. Absolutely fantastic visit.

Cruising around the magnificent Granite Belt, we called in to taste Robert Channon wines. Apart from their world-famous verdelho wines, we sampled some of the reds and brought home a fair selection which we will continue to enjoy for a while - if only we can resist the immediate temptations.
It's a beautiful property in a beautiful area. Well worth the visit.

Of the many wineries in the Stanthorp region this would have to be the best. Wonderful atmosphere, lovely wines, excellent cafe with home made food, stunning views over the Singing Lake. Oh! Life can be so good.
But wait, it gets better. The Sunday we visited they had their monthly classical music concert in the very appropriately named Swigmore Hall. For $25 each we enjoyed a fabulous concert by professional musicians with free wine at interval.
A wonderful afternoon. We will return.

I loved this winery! My husband and I went on a weekday so we were the only ones there for a late lunch with a bottle of their amazing Verdelho. Our dog was very welcome to run around on the grass near the outdoor tables. Highly recommended as part of a day trip to explore Stanthorpe.
