Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We where driving around, finding most places where closed and we saw the sign to the Brewery, so we decided to have a look. Very good little pub.
The beers are worth tasting, unusual flavours Pumpkin, Pear and Ginger, Ginger. And others. Definitely give them a try and a very good cheese platter, great atmosphere.
The staff where excellent. We will be back

Love staying in the cabins at Granite Belt Brewery! The onsite restaurant is perfect for dinner with really great food, hubby loves the Porter beer. The staff are very friendly and ensure you enjoy your stay. Looking forward to our next trip away here :)

We enjoyed a standard tasting paddle with an antipasto plate on the deck. The beers were very different but we were not sure we could taste the flavours alluded to in the notes. The plate contained plenty of cheese, meats and vegetables. Our second paddle had more distinctive flavours – a couple almost un-beer like.

Well some towns have few options but Stanthorpd have quite a number to select from. We chose Granite Belt Brewery for dinner on Sunday evening. We received excellent and warm welcome and when seated our waiter fully explained all our options. Not an extensive menu which sometimes is a good thing but probably caters for most tastes. It was good wholesome food , excellent value and i recomend beer tasting Paddle .. I have given the ***** rating because it presents as what you see you get .. good wholesome budget meals ... Will return and taste test thise other beers

The meals were pleasant although we would likely just come for a couple of beers next time due to the set menu not being our preference as non-dessert-eaters. The greeting at the bar was less than warm, upon asking another person if we could sit outside and the response was “I suppose so”, had to ask for our order to be taken, our meals took quite a while to come out and once they did it was without cutlery. All in all nothing major; however, enough to not feel particularly welcomed. Would absolutely recommend trying the beers and perhaps the bar snack food.

Booked for lunch on a Sunday. Was looking forward to tasting some great beers after a weekend of wine tasting, but was disappointed. Only really liked the cider.
The service was effective but brusque and the food was just above average. I guess the lesson was, don’t come to wine country and expect a great beer.

We were attracted here by the fact they are dog friendly. The dog was allowed on the back verandah and we ordered a tasting paddle. The beers were pretty good but the cider was amazing! It is very rare to find a cider with no preservatives, but theirs is made from just apples and yeast... We even bought a case to take home.. The chips were nice too..

I really loved visiting here for dinner. The food was out of site. The staff went out of their way to make good conversation as I was on my own. But most importantly the beer was brilliant! I bought a case to take home

The staff are helpfull and friendly. The beers are great.
The reason why I've given three stars, is the owners should spend some money to restore this place. It looks, old and tired and needs a good clean up.

Beer tasting paddles available. Limited food menu but very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the deck area. I felt the inside and outside could do with a spruce to update and maintain the property.
