Tried the 4x85mm tasting paddle for $7 and was very impressed by the beers we sampled. Although we didn't eat, the atmosphere was great.

I want to go back and spend some time. There was a bunch of cabins you can stay in, a restaurant and lounge area. Just had the beer samples this time. Would suggest you check it out.

Went here for lunch and had a great time. Ordered a tasting paddle of beers to start with to find which one I liked the most. Once I decided I ordered a stein that was great. Lunch was really tasty. There was not a lot of variety on the menu but what is on there is really good all in... More

More food than you can poke a stick at. Tastes, hot, fresh and good value. We will be back the next time we are in town an I would recommend this place to beer lovers and wine lovers alike.

We had seen several wineries in the area so decided to sample the local beers. Did not enjoy the experience at all. Beers pretty average. Did not taste any of the food so cannot comment here.

I don't like the word 'retreat', however from now on we will be avoiding motels to stay in retreats and cabins. Happy Valley is the most surprising stay ever. Wildlife abound and the food.....amazing!!! Friendly, helpful staff, cute cabins. Don't want to leave....just love it here. The restaurant/bar area has an open fireplace where you can sit and take it... More

Just ate here because we love craft beer and good food. The beer was 'nice' so two stars.. the food was sub par. The place was far too smoky and the service lacking in country charm. Honestly I'm not a hater but considering they are in a supposedly gourmet food and wine trail they need to raise their game a... More

Had a few brews by the fire as we were staying on site. Ate in the restaurant - all in all a pleasant experience that we would do again
