We loved the reindeer and the dear little donkeys. The gardens are very pretty and well looked after and the grounds clean. Inside there was a huge display of everything Christmas. Our friends bought a few lovely pieces but everything I liked was out of our price range. I was disappointed they didn’t sell fridge magnets with The Christmas Farm Stanthorpe on them as I collect them. Fridge magnets are very hard to come by in Stanthorpe. We got some lovely photos and had a great time visiting.

This place was absolutely amazing. 4 year old love the animals and being able to feed them made her day. She said it was the best part of her holiday. The Christmas store I was blown away with everything that was inside did go in 3 times to make different purchases. Owners were really nice and friendly. We definitely will go back to this. Would love to go down around Christmas.

We decided to go and have a look. Just check on the opening times first.
Very good atmosphere, there are some dears, donkeys, chooks, sheep and goats, which you can purchase a bag of food, and feed the animals.
Lots of Christmas trees growing , which helps the Christmas feeling.
The owners are exceptional, very friendly and ready with any advice or help.
The shop is small but full of all types of Christmas products, with some very quirky ones and traditional.
On a cold day as ours was, the Hot chocolate was well worth having. Or any day.

We really enjoyed our time here. It’s free to get into so perfect for big families and the feed bags are only $2. I just really enjoyed family time here, just spending time together. There isn’t a lot of animals but there’s enough for a good time. I’d recommend this place to families. Not far from town either. My two year old had a great time!

I am not a fan of Tourist Traps but my companion wanted to visit. The driveway was bordered by paddocks of those bright green pine trees. They were lovely shaped .The owner would not accomodate my friend with a half strength hot chocolate, it was way too sweet and she tossed it. Everything bright and sparkly in the shop and beautifully displayed, but very pricey. A thin wafer of chocolate with a Christms scene was $8 and tasted awful. No body would eat it, so very cheap quality- it went into the bin as well. I am sure that children would enjoy this place but then they are not the ones paying the big prices.

Thank you for your review. Regarding the hot chocolate, it is made traditionally on the stove every morning so we unfortunately cannot made half strength. If your friend cannot drink sweet drinks, I would suggest you don't buy one, therefore your friend would not of thrown the drink away. We sell over 200 cups of our Belgian Hot Chocolate a week and have never received a negative review until now. In relation to our Belgian Chocolate Sleigh Bars this product is very popular and again you are the first person to review them in a negative way and its unfortunate we cannot please everyone. I have also responded to your review you left on google as well as this review on TripAdvisor, maybe next time choose one platform to review, as we are a small family business who thrive to bring great joy to all our customers who visit. Unfortunately you did not want to visit in the first place so maybe next time give it a miss. Cheers Katrina

We loved our visit to the Christmas Farm. The kids fed the animals (feed for purchase from the cafe) and seeing their happy little faces was wonderful. We played tag in the Christmas Tree field and sat beside the fire pit eating icecream. The Belgium hot chocolate was also fabulous. We didn't eat anything substantial but the food I saw looked great and we will definitely try it next time we visit. We'll done for such a well presented and fun Stanthorpe attraction.

We visited The Christmas Farm yesterday for a visit. Fed the sheep, donkeys, lambs, goats and saw the brand new baby deer that has arrived in the past few days. As cute as.... There are some exquisite Christmas items for sale or you can indulge in a hot chocolate. They are closing for renovations in the next week or so and reopening in early April. I watched an elderly man yesterday feeding the goats and his face was radiant. Yep.... suitable for kids of all ages.

What a gorgeous enterprise we found in the Granite Belt Christmas Farm. There were cute animals that the children could feed ... only $2 for a bag of feed ... goats, sheep and chickens. We enjoyed sitting under the shade in the grounds and visiting the shop full of all things Christmassy. We did not try the Belgian Hot Chocolate as it was a very warm day but it smelled delicious. This really is a very happy delightful place to visit if you are anywhere in the Stanthorpe vicinity. We can't wait to have a return visit with our toddler (only 2 months old this visit). Plenty of parking and no entry fee.

Where to start? This place is amazing! I am a self-confessed Christmas nut and had high expectations which were exceeded by the Christmas Farm. They had me from the drive where the names of all Santa’s reindeer hang from the trees. then you arrive and there are wooden signs, some of Santa’s animals (which you can feed after you buy food from the shop), garden ornaments, a fire pit, and, finally, the shop. I walked in and it was everything I hoped it would be and more. There were floor to ceiling shelves of everything Christmas from ornaments to napkins and everything in between. It was colourful with a great variety of items and various price points. The staff are lovely. There’s a cafe for food and drinks (and ice cream) and the tables have vases of handpicked flowers on each. It’s all beautiful and well worth a visit.
