Nice viewing spot with shaded picnic tables. Great place to gain appreciation for the size and spread of Stanthorpe you don’t get on ground level. Steep but short drive to top, and when you meet traffic coming the other way it can be tricky on the narrow road. When turning off the main road at the Woolies roundabout and heading up past Aldi and straight up under the rail bridge, its a short drive to get there. You follow the signs, turn off the main road and then have a short steep twisty incline which opens out to spacious parking area and a viewing area over the town of Stanthorpe. It has a lovely view and as the sun was going setting, we had a lovely view with the suns rays piercing through the clouds, it was rather nice. It was also nice to find that the two static binoculars were free and both worked well and were not damaged. Its worth an half hour to admire the view. There are also walking and mountain biking tracks that lead off the look out area which are at various fitness and skill levels.…

Easy to find but a windy road up to get the view and no need to spend too much time up there but it is a good view
