Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I would like to be able to split the reviews **** for the chap at the information desk and ** for the cafe..... actually *star for the service and food and *** for the coffee.
I very rarely complain however we ordered two cappuccinos and two Ham Cheese Tomato toasties. I asked if they had anything low gluten and she said they had bread. I said could I have a hamburger on bread and she said only toasties.
The coffee was delivered in a reasonable time and wasn't too bad however we waited a good 20 mins for the toasties (they weren't busy). Then they didn't bring a GF one so had to go back. Another wait and I got told sorry there's no bread so we made it on a burger bun instead (yet they couldn't do a gf hamburger??). It had the wrong filling ...chicken and cheese. I should have asked for a refund but kept it and only ate half...it was so dry.
Definitely would not eat there again.

This was included as an evening activity on work trip to Roma. The self guided tour around the grounds and up The Big Rig tower was very informative and highly enjoyable and the sunset from the top was just lovely. The EMSCO rig was cool to see and the night show was equally as enjoyable and entertaining! Justine (hope I got her name right) was kind, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
Overall, it was thoroughly enjoyed!

An excellent array of brochures & ideas from both the local district surrounding Roma but also many other regions of the state. It also has a lovely selection of souvenirs.
It is located in the foyer area of the Big Rig and beside a small park beside the river, with tables, perfect for a luch break and a stretch of the legs!
There also was a miniature train track adjacent to the building which only ran on certain weekends - definitely looks worth a visit too if you were lucky enough to be there on the correct day.

A great spot as you visit the Big Rig and Cattle Yards. Some top tee shirts and lovely helpful people. Well worth a look. A drive unless you feel like a longer walk.

Before entering the building check out the Slab Hut Museum which takes you back to the late 1800’s before electricity and gives you an idea of how they lived with the old furnishings. Reception is located at the front entrance of the Big Rig. The ladies were very friendly and helpful.

Visited on Thursday 22nd July. Called in there to get some advice, staff there were chatting to friends and ignored me. So I just grabbed a few brochures and went on my way. Not what I was expecting when I walked in there.
