Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Pretty church.
Really wanted to see the stained glass windows, door locked so I couldn't get in. The opening hours are not listed, other than "before or after our services" - made a special trip back to see the windows 45mins before the Sunday service was due to start and the door was still locked.
Disappointing when in most places, churches are open for most of the day to allow visits and quiet contemplation outside of service hours.

Make the time to see this church and windows. Very informative and enthusiastic tour guide. It's a pity that it is not open on a daily basis for people just to go in and have a look. Only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You could always go to the Sunday service I suppose.

A lovely old "Norman" style church. Awesome building and worth a look and photo. Easy walk - maybe combine with baobab tree.

Remarkably disappointed that this Church was closed claiming COVID as a reason. If cafes, shops, bars and museums can open with a COVID safe plan it is very sad that a place of worship and sanctuary is not open and available.

The church is only open at certain times and they did not fall into my trip to Roma. Maybe I will visit the town again and the church will be open. Check opening times before visiting.

We like the other reviewer thought how weather the bricks on the outside look. Well you will find out the story of those being hand made to build this magnificent church. A real labor of love for the Lord. Inside is an interior that matches many others in our land. The windows are magnificent and all tell a story. Beautifully furnished. Great tour indeed. Well worthwhile. The next best thing would be to hear the magnificent pipe organ.

We were lucky to find ourselves in Roma on a day when the church was open - Tuesday and Thursday 9.30-11.30
The local gentleman who was on duty was most informative about the Windows and the church in general and was happy to provide a closer look at the 530+ pipe organ

Now this church looks a bit run down from the out side but Wow wait to you walk inside 50 leadlight stained glass windows some dating back to 1876 ( I think it was ) a pipe organ with 567 pipes in working order - there even is a block making machine on display that was used in the construction - The Church is open for tourists Tuesday & Thursdays 9.30am to 11.30 am April to October .. The church is credit for a country town the size of Roma and this church is still being used today

Lucky timing to catch the church open but missed the guided tour. Pamphlets available inside detailed the history of each stunning window and the pipe organ
