Terrific rafting trip, safe, fun and informative. I’m perhaps not as good as I thought I would be, but the water was warm and it was actually a fun challenge climbing back into the kayak in the rapids 😂😂

We went on a white water rafting trip with John and Dan yesterday. Being only a four people group we got very good and detailed insructions by John in the beginning. The trip itself was great and exciting!! John told us a lot about the nature we saw and the Tully River itself. We had so much fun in the rapids! Thank you again, mates! Julia and Tobi

Incredible fun day out. The guides were amazing. Loads of safety info, delivered in an engaging and fun way (Thanks John). Kept up the confidence however made you understand. On to the river for some practice paddling and practice flip and climb back in. The guides were so generous and encouraging. Now the paddling fun really began, like the novices we all were, everyone entered the first rapid too quickly and we had a "rapid jam of boats". The guides were so patient and encouraging and got us all untangled and on our way ..... for us to do it again on the next rapid!! Team WildSide you have the patience of a saint!!!! Thankyou!! Finally we all had ourselves sorted to not all rush in at once and the rapids flowed!! As a family with teens this was an amazing day out. The teenagers bounced down the rapids, as the mum I kind of kept getting caught, missteering or generally going in the wrong spot. The guides were incredible, kept me calm, rescued my lodged boat and were so incredibly encouraging!! As a family we all had an amazing day from an adreniline rush and pushing boundaries to relaxing with floating between rapids and admiring the incredible scenery. If you are thinking of a fun family day out, that will push the boundaries and engage the teens then I highly recommend this outing. Be brave and go!! Team WildSide could not be more professional, engaging or patient. They are incredible! 5 star service and day out!!! Thankyou!!!!

This was such a fun and adventures activity. As the water was low it made it a bit more tricky getting stuck on more rocks. Such good fun need to be fairly fit. Slept very well.

Not what we were expecting - the Raging Thunder type of experience with an 8 man raft being steered by the guide. Instead your driving your own two man canoe, either alone or with a friend, being given advice by the guides in their own canoes. Full on action and more than a little daunting at times. Lots of fun, and the great guides made you feel well informed and safe, but a lot for novices to white water rafting. The “full day” rafting is simply a rerun of the mornings rafting route.. Equipment provided was all good, a nice lunch provided, and great staff.
