The Helen Wiltshire Gallery is a beautiful gallery displaying paintings, prints, sculpture, ceramics and jewellery by local artists. Helen Wiltshire was a well know artist whose work brilliantly captures the beauty of the tropics. The gallery displays her paintings and prints. The gallery was originally opened in 1980 and has become an integral part of the art culture of Mission Beach.

Helen Wiltshire Gallery is located near the center of Mission Beach, it is a place that serves a variety of arts and crafts, including paintings, which have originated from local artists, including indigenous crafts people. Mission Beach is located in the north-east of Queensland, with the nearby Coral Sea as an environmental connection. The Gallery attracts locals and visitors, it's open from 10 am to 2 pm. Mission Beach is a favorite holiday destination for visitors.

All sorts of items here, pottery, paintings, jewellery, prints, but unfortunately at tourist prices.

Thank you for your comments confirming the range of creative products we showcase. We do also have artworks and jewelry from $20 to satisfy the budget conscious, it may take a few visits to see everything. We also provide artwork for investors and art collections and acknowledge the higher values of those pieces.
I recommend you follow us on Facebook/Instagram for updates as we will announce a Summer Sale in the next few weeks. Please visit again and we will happily assist to find a selection of items to match your budget.

A very pleasant woman runs this shop and her taste is exquisite. Really worth a visit.

The gallery is now run by the artist's daughter. Everyone is welcome. The art is local from the area and is reasonably priced. Free to enter and you will be greeted by a smile.

You will definitely meet the family of the founding artist at the Helen Wiltshire Gallery. This gallery is second generation now owned by Helens children and staffed by her two daughters,daughter in law and sister. The gallery is proud to showcase local art and passionate about the legacy of artist Helen Wiltshire. Thank you for your lovely review.

great exhibition of local Photography. The children loved it. got their Mothers day shopping done as well. Beautiful Art class Art from the heart we watched some very talented folks painting a large and varied range of paintings.

Mission Beach is an artists paradise and it sound like you enjoyed your visit to Mission Arts. We welcome visitors to our region and enjoy showcasing the wonderful art set amongst beautiful surrounds. Mission Beach is a great location to visit galleries, enjoy cafes, restaurants, markets and more.

What a beautiful shop with local art, other gorgeous items and friendly staff. I loved my cushions I bought there so much I ordered another four when we arrived home from our travels. They certainly brightened up our wintry return home and remind me of our warm and wonderful holiday up through far North Queensland ☀️

You’ll be happy as soon as you walk in. Splashes of tropical colour. Paintings & sculptures, large and small, many of local scenes and fauna /flora. Beautiful stunning jewellery on the higher end of market. Don’t forget the credit card. Hammocks and dining linen etc Lol.
