Faceless and unethical management. I was redeeming my last of 3 already purchased float sessions online but instead of the system deducting my credit session it charged me. I immediately phoned and explained what had happened. 'Management ' advised too bad, not their problem, system fault, no refund. So very very disappointing and unethical. As a customer this business is reprehensible. It is not the customers fault that your system failed to redeem my already purchased service and charged me twice.

I received a voucher for my birthday but then at short notice had to go overseas for 6 months. When I returned the voucher was still within 12 months, maybe purchased 9 months previously. They charge you $20 to extend or tell you to write an email explaining your circumstances that will probably be denied because they're "really strict". Who has time to deal with that. So in the end the $80 float went in the bin but I certainly don't think they care about customers getting a good experience. Bit of a shame, surely they don't need the $20 that much?

An amazing experience at The Float Space, I had a Reiki treatment. Amazing experience with special touches by the excellent consultant. Released tension, felt so much lighter and relaxed. Lovely relaxing environment.

It felt so good to be totally supported in the pod! Lying there for an hour, fully supported with no aches or pains, just relaxation. I could have been floating in space, once I turned the light off. Not at all claustrophobic; you have your own pod with room to move. The gentle light changes colour and theres a support for your head. Very clean and professional.

I had my first ever float session, as a gift from my sister. I was a bit unsure of how it'd be, but I was pleasantly surprised with how much I was able to relax and be present enough to enjoy the feeling of no-touch, sight, smell, taste or sound.
I think if you ha the money and time to do it regularly, it'd be worth it, as it does take the stresses of life away while you're there :) Make sure you go upstairs afterwards for some herbal tea, colouring-in and write on the chalk wall! All part of the experience!
The only thing I feel is needed is a comb! You can't wash your hair (they provide body wash, as well as shampoo and conditioner, which is great!). But especially with long curly hair, I was let down (becuase I didn't know what to bring along with me, so I just didn't think about it!) that there wasn't a comb or brush with the hairdryer afterwards... That's the only thing to improve on!

Thoroughly enjoyed my first ever float & will definitely be returning. Knowing that I had total control over the lighting + if the tank was open or closed, relieved a lot of anxiety. I started with lights on & tank open but eventually turned the light off & closed the tank, very peaceful/relaxing

I received a gift voucher for Xmas - booking in was easy. I wasn't really sure what to expect but the staff member was lovely & explained everything well. The experience was so relaxing. My body felt amazing afterwards! Could feel how great it was for all of the tension in my muscles. Can't wait to do it again!

Absolutely incredible experience. My wife gifted me an infrared sauna session, float and bio mat therapy for Christmas. I redeemed the voucher this week and walked away feeling like I was walking on clouds. So relaxing and revitalising. The perfect de-stresser.

A great experience all round. Calming, relaxing, peaceful and a little surreal. I was a little worried it might be claustrophobic, but it wasn't at all.
I came full of stress and anxiety and left a whole new woman. Totally amazed how one hour of floating could make such a difference.

It was my first time floating and I absolutely loved it. A very enjoyable relaxing experience. I think I even fell asleep during it and was surprised the hour finished so quickly. The customer service was excellent as well. The young lady at the reception was very friendly and explained everything in detail. I will be back for sure!
