Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wow, what a gorgeous spot. I could have spend hours here.
The walk got a little scary in parts as it's prime snake territory, but absolutely worth the walk.

Plenty of beautiful spots to have a swim. (be wary of currents in some spots) Little falls, big falls. Follow the blue arrows over boulders to the top lookout. Definitely worth it. I didn't even bother going to the bottom pools due to the extremely thin pathways that lead you off the main pathway.

Public toilets at the car park area bottom which is at the base of the walk. There is a fair few stairs to the lookout and uncovered most of the walk so early morning is advised if just viewing the falls.

Photos don't do it justice.

Deceptively ordinary approach to what are stunning and accessible waterfalls over incredibly large rocks.

Take your swimmers as you will want to swim in these picturesque waterholes.

Loved the Emerald Creek that forms swimming holes as well as little rapids. Suitable for all ages. The road in can be a little rough. So take a bit of care. There is plenty of shade around the creek.

The walk up to the Emerald Creek Falls is well maintained and requires moderate to good fitness. The views from both the top and bottom viewing areas are beautiful. Take your hat and water as I got really hot but it’s really worth the walk and climbing over rocks.

There is a car park at the bottom, 2.5km return walk, 2 trails that branch off in the middle. Lookout at the top, swimming hole at the bottom which is stunning. It is a dirt path and steps so make sure you have proper shoes on!

Lovely short walk in to a wonderful water fall. At the car park 2 steps away from the creek and then walk up the short track to the water fall. Drive in is dirt but not to ruff. Would visit again if we were up this way.

Just beautiful. Take the “bottom of falls” track and you’re there in 10 minutes. So many swimming spots to choose from and the rock formation is just awesome giving you plenty of privacy for a romantic visit or bring the kids. Being a towel and an early with food because once you’re here you won’t want to leave. Yes the road condition unsealed but I still give it a 5

Beautiful out of the way waterfall which is so worth the bumpy trip over the dirt roads. There’s a hike which takes you to the base of the waterfall or the very top for a gorgeous view. There are about 4 or 5 flights of stairs and the hike takes about 45 mins with a rest at the top for photos. There’s a beautiful array of colours to admire along the hike as the waterfall pours out over beautiful boulders full of different colours and then there’s the enormous black volcanic rocks along the hike as well as the backdrop of the green trees. A very pleasant spot with plenty of spots to take a dip without the worth of any crocs or stingers.
