Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Located on the Maleny-Montville Road, this lookout gives a 180 degree view of the Hinterland and also provides glimpses of the coastline far in the distance.
A directional dial located at the lookout provides the opportunity to ascertain geographic points in the distance.
Great views from this vantage point.
Worth the stop.
Fifteen minutes is sufficient time here

Visited on Tuesday 21st March. Another great spot to take visitors so they can enjoy the panoramic view of the sunshine coast beaches below.

Visited on Wednesday 3rd August. Stopped off there to check out the view back to the coast, the view was great as usual and well worth stopping to check it out.

The car park for this lookout is just off the main road and is certainly worth a 10 minute stop when driving past. The views of the valley are breathtaking both on a clear day and when the weather is not so friendly. Definitely worth a photo or two and sometimes there is a coffee truck parked there selling decent take away coffee.

It's further from the coast (which could still be seen through the storms) than some competitors but the 180+ degree views across rollings forests and farms to the coastal cities makes a nicer and more expansive view than any of the others back here, like Dulong.

Again, a great view. On a clear day you can see forever.
If your there when the skydivers are in action you will see some spectacular flying. Not a picnic area, but more a stop and look place.

Due to heavy UV clarity a problem, however coastline was still visible to gain perspective. Bring Binoculars! Coast about 30km away with view towards Noosa & Caloundra Areas. Worth checking out.

This very nice lookout on the way to Montville was a great place to have a quick stop and enjoy not only a nice lookout with a great view but also enjoy a takeaway coffee from the mobile coffee cart that was parked on site.

Lovely stop to get a beautiful scenic photo. Adequate parking and even a coffee van for that extra bonus of a caffeine hit whilst you take in the fresh air and scenery.
