As soon as you enter the rainforest you are in a different, but natural, world. It is a great escape from the everyday world or an education should you read the many interpretive signs. It is a relatively easy 45 minute stroll suitable for all ages. Highly recommended. Also great views of the Glasshouse Mountains from across the road.

We host international students so make an effort to show them some highlights of the Sunshine Coast, and this place is always on our 'must do' list. Staff will advise if the Wallabies have been seen and where-abouts, and it's a peaceful and quiet wander along dirt tracks. Go check it out.

The parking and view over the glasshouse mountain set the scene for some exciting exploration in the rainforest

This place is a lovely spot to stop and have a wonder around the beautiful grounds. Also BBQ facilities there and public toilets. The only negative at the moment is that they are doing renovations/construction works where the old cafe site was, so the car park is quite chock a block which doesn't leave much room for larger vehicles to... Loved visited this beautiful place. Great views of the mountains and nice easy walk through the rain forest. Also a nice lawn to sit on and if you are inclined there at BBQ facilities.

The Tacks give easy access to all the most amazing little animals and the sounds of enchanting Bird calls fills the air. Early in the morning is the best time to enjoy the wonderment of this enchanted forest walk. The quiet and peace allows all the criters time to interact with you as you amble through this beautiful bush setting.

Just stopped in here on the way to Montville/Maleny are we're surprised at what a beautiful hike it was. Saw heaps of Paddymelons and birds, but just a serene walk. Took about 45mins. It's a pity there weren't more pockets of rainforest like this that were protected. It is so nice to see what the environs used to be like... More

I would give 'good' for the park, but 'poor' for the family hospitality. Dogs are part of the family, and they are usually better controlled than most screaming children. They don't litter, and when they down a parcel, the owners pick it up; if not, then it's a human problem! My dog is on a lead all the time and... More

Loved this walk. Not the easiest walk but it's fairly flat, it's just long and in parts poorly shaded. Bring water. The scenery is worth it though

Although I didn't have a chance to walk around the whole Rainforest walking tracks, there are a range of options for walkers & wheelchairs. Very educational for children & friendly volunteers at the Education centre. A great view of the Glass House Mountains and Picnic / BBQ areas.
