Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very disappointing, we had high expectations after reading reviews. The venue was nothing like it was advertised. Employee, quick to rush customers tasting in and out, as people waited no food on offer.Only one staff member on a public holiday. CV/19, Restrictions 4 only permitted in the tasting room, however, the full outdoor area remained not used and 1/2 packed up; advised due to lack of staff. Customers queued waiting. We usually purchased from local wineries, but not this time.

We have been to Crane Wines several times. The main thing that we have observed is the consistency of wine knowledge, hospitality, setting and price. A very nice rustic winery set in lovely gardens and vineyards. Several varieties of wine are available and these are complimented by a very good cheese platter partaken in a relaxed outdoor setting. Accommodation is also available. A great place for the casual get together in a very scenic position.

Four of us came here as part of a wine tour and it was a great first stop. The woman behind tbe counter was really nice and knowledgable. Can't comment on the food as we didn't have any but the view and ambience is good. Worth a visit. The wine was good enough to buy some.

We visited whilst staying nearby and wanted to try some local wines.
The vineyard is in a beautiful location and a great look out of the hills and fields below.
We tasted their vines with the guidance of the very knowledgeable Karen. We also are there so would recommend the platters. Most of the produce was local and delicious.
A lovely way to spend a few hours.

This has to be one of the best small wineries and cafe in the South Burnett. Excellent local wines, great platters, amazing skin care products, oils and port. They also have a beautiful boutique B&B in a location that is superb with rural views and peace and quiet. Well worth a visit if you are near Kingaroy.

Regarded as the premier winery in the South Burnett region of Queensland, it is located at 162 Hayden's Road Kingaroy - travel north along the Bunya Highway from Kingaroy and follow the signs. Mine hosts, Bernie & Judy Cooper, offer a wide range of red and white wines for all palates including the Verdelho (produced from local grapes) and their award winning Late Harvest Frontignac (desert wine) blends. Whilst taking in the sweeping views of the valley, visitors can feast on a gourmet platter ($28.00) or sample the popular range of home made vegetable base products. B&B accommodation for up to 2 couples is available in the beautiful old homestead close by. The vineyard is open 7 days a week 10am-4pm and it now offers the new Garden Room (outdoors) which caters for special occasions, small business conference and coach tours. The winery also participates in the annual Kingaroy Wine & Food in the Park Festival every 2nd Saturday in March. This winery is a must see for all travellers & wine buffs.
