Mungalla Station is a must stop for ANYONE passing through Ingham QLD, both myself and partner intended to only stop over for a few nights and ended up staying on the station for two weeks. The history of the Nawaigi people is both rich and tragic, we chose to do an in depth tour hosted by Jacob and "Buddy" which... More

This is a great 1/2 day visit to learn about the trials and tribulation Nywaigi Aboriginal people. It is a wonderful, interactive story. They have a lovely group carriage to take you around the property. There is a wetland restoration program going on here, a museum, a place to experience a wonderful meal cooked undergrounds and explore what life was... More

So inspiring to see the way these traditional owners are regenerating the biodiversity of the wetlands. Learned more about indigenous culture in 48 hours than I had in a lifetime.

Not only did we take a tour, we stayed two nights. The Cassady family are one of the kindest and most hospitable people in Australia. The food was amazing quality and super fresh. I would recommend this to everyone. The rich history is mind blowing and very moving

It was moment to step outside of the iphone lives we lead. The presentations were like the best (non-fiction) bedtime story ever told. I left with a clear picture of life as it once was and how life is now that it was almost as good as watching a movie. Lunch was absolutely spectacular, and the landscape provided photo's that... I really enjoyed my visit. The aboriginal hosts were really nice people and it was interesting to learn about their ancient culture and hear the didgeridoo. Throwing the boomerang was good fun. The old homestead area was very interesting and it was amazing to see what the gardens looked like before it was overgrown and abandoned. They have done a... More

I enjoyed a lot the place, the people was very friendly. I saw many birds, the cattle were very cute. I especially liked throwing the boomerangs.
