We really enjoyed this cruise- we saw lots and learnt lots about crocodiles and the surrounding wildlife. The tour guide was very knowledgable and welcoming. Very good value for money! The boat was nice and small and quiet so we could get quite close to...More

I must admit that for about two thirds of the cruise, I thought the animals were fake! In my defense, the captain saw an owl in a tree he couldn't have spotted from where he stood, and that owl didn't move. Like, at all. But...More

We saw 3 crocodiles a 2m python and lots of nesting birds. The river was spectacular and with the electric boat we felt like we weren’t intruding on this amazing environment. The commentary was excellent well worth doing.

The solar powered boat was incredibly quiet enabling us to get very close to various birds (some feeding chicks) and a snake on a branch overhanging the water. We saw two crocodiles, one in the water and one on the bank. The commentary was informative...More

Great experience on the river. The owner really cares about the animals, crocodiles in particular, and their habitat. Highly recommended. We were lucky enough to see several crocs on our trip. The camera was helpful to zoom in on the animals.

We had a wonderful time exploring the river with solar whisperer. We were met by Martin who was great fun and full of local knowledge for the rest of our daintree drive. Our tour guide was fabulous- a wealth of information and clearly passionate about...More

Thank you so much for your wonderful review it is much appreciated being a small business we rely on reviews. All viewing of wildlife is just that ...in the wild and we are not allowed to entice nor feed the crocodiles in any way shape...More

This was a very interesting cruise. Unlike any other visitor activity we had done. Understandably you need to be quiet so as not to scare animals in their natural habitat. It is a natural and not contrived habitat. We did see crocs. However a bit...More

The owners run a friendly, informative and well paced cruise along the Daintree River. Small, solar powered boat is discreet and quiet which matches the experience of wildlife viewing and croc spotting. We spotted 3 x crocs!

The cooler months are better. The crocodiles will leave the water to warm themselves. The hotter months the water is warm so they don't need to soak up the sun.
