Customer service is amazing we booked online on the wrong day but they were very accommodating and let us join the cruise on the day. They also helped a lot of other people who turned up to to wrong place by calling around the other places to help those who came to the wrong place. The Tour guide was also very knowledgeable and has a keen eye for spotting the crocs even the baby ones.

I absolutely loved this cruise! It was my last night in Cairns and the original operator I had booked with suggested this after an error with my booking, so glad he did!! It ended up being the equal first favourite thing I did in Far North Queensland. Alex knows his stuff and was able to show us so much wildlife, 29 species in all. My inner geek exploded, he provided us with a sheet that ticked off the wildlife we had seen. I had done a few crocodile tours days before this and I saw more crocodiles on this tour, lucky. I would have been fine if we saw no crocs, heaps of birds, spectacular scenery and consistent interesting info from the great man Alex. I will be back from a dawn cruise hopefully in Winter, I fell in love with the river properly on this cruise.

The early morning cruise was fantastic. Saw heaps of birdlike and explored some amazing places. It certainly is a place worth preserving and taking care of. Our guide Sauce was a wealth of knowledge and loves talking about the river and its wildlife

Fantastic trip. The guide was great. Saw a lot of bird life and a small croc. Birds were down as insect population was down this year. But it was still great. We were lucky as had a professional bird watcher on our boat so he helped pick out birds. The binoculars were an added bonus, and if great quality. There was only x 3 of us do it was very personal. Would do it again in a heartbeat. We also went back that evening to do the evening tour which saw different birds! Also the river was in high tide so was completely different.

Very informative and our guide had a great sense of humour… was a relaxing afternoon. Seen a female crocodile 🐊 and a baby crocodile asleep in a bush. A great experience ✔️😊
