Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

All Aboard, a forty minute show featuring a holographic station master who tells the tale of the importance the railway line played in Cunnamulla’s development. Held in a specially designed theatre and created by a production company in Melbourne, the whole thing cost $2 million to develop. The local progress association raised a third of the funds themselves (that’s a whole lot of meat tray raffles!) and grants from folks like QLD Rail made up the rest. Steven Tandy (famous as Tom Sullivan) plays the station master. Lots of corny jokes and a surfeit of local folklore. You are seated in plush, reclining leather lounge chairs and have the option of enjoying a wine while you watch: an option we took up.
A really excellent presentation great for kids and adults.

This show is great entertainment. Quick moving, light heated and informative.
You sit in great comfort, given a quick interesting introduction to the show ,and are then fully entertained by the show which uses humour to great a historical recall of the development and social history of Cunnamulla.
The volunteers who developed and operate this cannot be over commended!
We were fortunate to share the experience with locals who watched it for the first time. They were proud and impressed - enough said.

The show was both interesting and entertaining. The cost was $22 per adult. It was held in a purpose built building at the old Railway Station and there is ample parking. Comfort was assured with leather style arm chairs and air-conditioning. The show ran to schedule and I think both adults and children would get a laugh.

We loved the show from the very personal introduction from the President of the Paroo Progress Association to the song at the end. It was very comfortable and a very professional production. It was great to know we were contributing to the progress of this great little town. Looks like they also have some big plans for the future. Well worth an extra night in Cunnamulla.

We did a 2 week trip out through western Queensland. This show at the Cunnamulla Railway Station was one of the highlights. I thoroughly recommend anybody going this way to stop and see the show. Well produced, entertaining and informative. It is a credit to all the volunteers involved.

A most enjoyable multimedia presentation at the now closed railway station, recounting the history of rail in Cunnamulla and a bit of the general history of the area. Well produced, and introduced by an enthusiastic and charming local volunteer. Congrats to all involved in getting this attraction up and running, hope it goes well and looking forward to other related ideas coming to fruition (like using the rail tracks for a cycle/rail venture)

Wow this was such a wonderful experience, absolutely loved every minute of the show. Amazing comfy recliner seats, extra wide screen and excellent production. All of this has been put together and organised by volunteers - how impressive!! I really enjoyed the stories from the Cunnamulla residents about how life was when the train was running - very entertaining and often humorous. Don’t miss this show it is a must if visiting the area. Highly recommended.

This 45minute sound and light show is excellent. It marries the relationship between the railway and the town exceptionally well. You are well looked after by Karen who has a real passion fir the show and the town. Highly recommended
