Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our guide, Jerry, was funny and super knowledgable about the land, indigenous tribes and the early settlers. The horse ride through the forest and to the beach was beautiful and has been the highlight of my trip. He also took amazing photos of the experience.

My brother was visiting from Cairo, Egypt, where he has horses. As an experienced rider, he commented on how well looked after the horses were.
This is a must do experience in FNQ, totally unique and a fabulous way to experience Myall Beach with the backdrop of the Rainforest and the Turquoise waters and fringing reefs off the beach. The crew were fun and friendly and took great photos of us on horse back.
An experience we'll never forget. Thank you so much. I'll definitely be back with more visitors to show off our captivating region in style!

Amazing experience, I would highly recommend! Riding through the water was an highlight and our tour guide Jerry was super knowledgeable of the land and the horses. He pointed out native wildlife along the way and went out of his way to take pictures for everyone. Would love to do it again.

I'm trying to decide between the morning beach ride and the midmorning beach ride for October this month. Are the two rides quite different? For example, is midmorning much hotter? Is the sun full up by 8am (morning ride), so the light is basically the same as midmorning? Etc. Thanks

Hi there Salim,
I went in the morning with my family yesterday and the temperature was perfect. I would recommend going earlier in the morning because it was certainly heating up and was perfect to for a swim after. I would also recommend bringing sunglasses.
Hope this helps,
Lachie

Do you have black horses on site? Also do you take your horse into the sea for soaking? How much would it cost local residents of Australia to ride horses with you?

I heard that cassowaries, crocodiles, jellyfishes and snakes are present on Cape Tribulation beach so is that safe for you to ride horses on that stretch of beach? Also would you ride horse in shallow water of the sea? Would you swim in shallow waters of the sea and let waves push you back to the beach?

Its relevant to young girls travelling alone and feeling safe and not having to worry if the manager is a pervert. They go for horse riding not molestation and intimidation, that's why its relevant.
