Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Another beautiful beach, unspoilt and clean. Such a pity that we can't enjoy swimming in it, due to crocodiles.

Easy to access. Wonderful beach to stroll along. Short walk to the lookout. In most places the rainforest comes right down to the beach, and there is also a mangrove area at one end of the beach.

The easiest access to Myall Beach is via the carpark to the Dubuji Boardwalk, past some amenities and a picnic grounds, to join a section of boardwalk then onto this beach

more people than Cape Tribulation Beach for some reason... but really pretty. Not as pretty as Cape Tribulation Beach, but a nice place to visit. The rainforest boardwalk empties you on the beach before going back to the carpark.

Took our tribe of three young kids to Myall Beach and what a beautiful beach it is.

To access beach you pack at the cape tribulation parking lot which has toilets. Look for the path that leads up the stairs and the beach is about 350m away. The kids had no problems and the path is well maintained. You walk through the rainforest and adjacent to mangroves which opens up to a breathtaking beach.

We visited on a calm day with the tide dropping. The beach itself looks both amazing when the tide is up and down.

The water is calm, clear and sand whiter than Port Douglas and there is a little creek that feeds very clear water into the ocean. We commanded a perfect picnic site under a palm in full view of the water flowing over the sand.

Though there are warning signs for crocs, some people were swimming as you could see anything lurking near by. My biggest concern in North Queensland is the stingers generally!

Anyway, what a gem of a spot, must visit. Plenty of cafes and shops on the drive up as well!

Beautiful beach where the rainforest meets the beach - the lookout is definitely worth a visit. It was a cloudy day when we were there but still beautiful.

We stopped here as a brief respite from the rigours of the Bloomfield Track. It is a nice spot, with picnic facilities and toilets, and a short boardwalk takes you to the beach. Myall Beach is beautiful in its own right, your classic palm-fringed tropical strand of sand. There is also a superb view of Cape Tribulation, immediately to its north. Of course, possible presence of crocs means not an ideal spot to take a dip, tempting as those blue waters might look.

Our visit there was very special as there were no other footprints on the beach. We really felt as if we were on a remote island!
