Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Clay and Maizy. The cider house, distillery and wineries were all very welcoming and were happy to share their knowledge with us. Clay is a great host who is up for a laugh and was very knowledgeable about the wines and the Daylesford region.
My partner and I have recommended it to everyone we've spoken to!

Wife and I had a very enjoyable day. Our guide Sue did an amazing job. We were picked up/dropped off directly from our accommodation. A lot of fun on the day. Wife and I don't really drink wine. We were offered many samples and tried all of them. Highly recommend this tour. Faultless and a really great day out. Craig Spicer

Clay was an absolute legend! Such a great host and perfect tour guide. We had some amazing wines and liqueurs on a beautiful sunny arvo. Would absolutely recommend (and hopefully we’ll be back)! Thanks Clay!

I am not a wine drinker, I wanted to try a tasting and broaden my range, our driver was Clay. Very knowledgeable and entertaining, easy to get along with and made sure everyone was catered for.
We had 3 stops , 2 wineries and 1 liqueurs.
It blew away my expectations.
I would highly recommend this tour.

We hopped on the bus after booking with Daylesford Wine Tours, and midway through the journey were accused of not paying as the guide was one payment short (one couple on the bus hadn't paid - and being a couple in our early 20s - it was assumed we were the culprits). After reiterating the fact that we had paid, the tour guide refused to believe us and demanded we pay again in the spot. Were treated like lepers the rest of the tour and were out of pocket. Issue was eventually resolved by staff at our hotel and we were refunded the second payment, but a really bad experience.

Clay was very friendly and helpful from the first moment of meeting. He was very knowledgeable of the area and very humours. His driving was comfortable and the bus was clean and he accommodated us with water and snacks (chips) during the day.

Going on the Daylesford Wine Tour with Clay was such a great idea. We got to see some of the local area including forest and rural townships. The winery hosts were interesting and entertaining and we tasted and purchased some exceptional wines that were then fun to share with our friends as they came with stories attached. Clay was helpful, friendly and flexible and I couldn't recommend this little excursion any higher. A must do if you're goingto this beautiful region.

We had the most enjoyable day with Clay(nee Chappel) and Renee touring the local wineries ,Passing Clouds a befitting end to the day (can,t wait for the new releases)
The knowledge shared and care taken by our hosts was phenominal .
Great value and no worrying about how many we tasted .
Keep up the good service and recommended to all who like a drop .

Thank-you so much for joining us, and well done on being the first to pick me as Ian Chappell (without the wig and blue eyes!).
It was a fantastic group and Renai and I had so many laughs with you, I'm glad that the wines tasted and the cellar doors and their stories exceeded your expectations - I bet that Captain's Creek cider did not last long in your fridge....
