We went recently to see a tribute Adele singer. As the theatre is small you were very close to the stage. Great views from any seat, acoustics were good. On hind site we much preferred seeing the tribute artist here for 19 pounds each close...More

Went to buy panto tickets. Lovely staff mostly volunteers. Great coffee and restuarant. Theatre is small but has comfy seats

I have seen many different shows here - from carol singers, pantomine, ballet and tribute bands - all were really really good ! Wherever you sit you can easily see the stage and the lighting and special effects and sound quality are excellent !

Just been to The Chequer Mead Theatre to see and listen to The Bratislava Hot Serenaders. A wonderfull orchestra whose 1920's & 1930's music is take down from 78 RPM shellack discs to ensure accuracy which they do exceptionaly well. Please keep an eye out...More

Went for afternoon tea as a Christmas treat of cinema and tea. Delicious, lots to eat, well supported, good staff. Would highly recommend!
