The Little R'Ale House is a real ale bar next to the station. Beer is of a good quality and reasonably priced. Good selection of real ales with discount for CAMRA Members.

Tiny little bar in a converted building at the top of platform 1. Excellent prices and a real gem if travelling on a hot day as the prices are good too.

Two friends and I visited this pub yesterday - it's so nice and quaint. For such a small place, the choice of drinks is fab. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and we met some lovely people. It's definitely worth a visit.

What more do you want from a station? This one is clean, has easy to access tickets and clear signage and excellent info via the announcements and electronic boards. There is a small shop that sells food and newspapers.

Attractive listed building but visit as soon as you can because there is a lot of building work going on all around. Hopefully the listed parts will remain as they are.
