This place is awful!! Filthy, way to expensive for what it is, rude staff, wrong orders and unhelpful. One toilet for all was filthy and stunk!! How can you have one toilet for everyone in a child's play area. We were charged wrong, one staff girl looked and then walked past a young mum waiting to get out. We ordered... More

When this play area first opened we visited a lot but it has defiantly gone down hill majorly!! The last time I visited was the last time I would ever visit. They let far to many children in at a time on busy periods, the tables are always filthy and never cleared for new customers when others leave. You can... More

Absolutely disgusting place. All the tables were filthy and full of everybody's old plates of food and empty cups. The tables in the corner were all soaking wet and never even cleaned. £5.50 for the privilege with a £1 charge for adults. Really!? I wouldn't have taken a dog into the place let alone a child.

This is the current price list Under 1s: free 1-3 yrs: £3.50 4+: £4.50 All adults (with children):... More

Firstly i must say this is the only playarea i know of where the adult is charged.....not a fan of this and it does put me off going again. I like the toddler activity sessions they advertise they sound good. Whenever we have tried to go to this playarea it has always been so busy that we never actually went... More

We popped in last week to kill a few hours! Was really impressed with the new layout! Although you do feel squashed now in there! We went at the weekend so it was busy but even my 11 year old enjoyed it! Price is kind of what you expect to pay the only down side is now adults have to... More

This is our favourite soft play. Not too big, can keep eye on kids without worrying. Staff are friendly and helpful too. This place must not have been reviewed since its refurbishment? Management should put up some new photos too as these don't reflect anything of the real thing. Go to website to get a better idea. Only shame is... More

This place is horrible. They don't switch the lights on in the week so your child is literally playing in pitch black if they go in the bigger bit! I had to tell them to put some lights on as it was ridiculous. The staff are pretty absent and the floors are so sticky. Jelly Beans or Dizzy Dragons is... More
