This cenote does not get many tourists. However, it is fresh water, crystal clear and clean...and out of the sun. There are fish in the water, and only a 10 foot hole to invite the sun in. Only cost 100 pesos to get in, and...More

Alltournative package included Ek Balam ruin and cenote tour. This was our first cenote to visit. Loved the thrill to go into cenote from an opening using ropes (trepachanga). The water was cool-cold and we zip lined, jump from a high stage and swim. You...More

This is a wonderful cenote which you can abseil into (or walk if you prefer but I'd definitely recommend giving the abseil a go). There's a zip wire with my nine year old loved. The place isn't too crowded, unlike the Chichen Itza cenote. When...More

Beautiful Cenote. Cold and swimable. You can see neat little cat fish and bats, but the water it not so clear. The coolest thing was probably watching the blue crowned motmots and their gorgeous tail feathers flit about. There are so many and they are...More

Great refreshing cenote. The bike ride down from the ruins was easy and quick, definitely recommend that over walking. The rope swing and diving platform are great, and getting to see the roots growing down into the water is incredible.

We got our tickets from the concierge from our resort. When compared to the tour company's website and the kiosk / shops on 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen, we had better pricing.
