Excellent customer service. We enjoyed offered private mornig guide to Chichen Itza before official opening hours so we avoided crowds of tourists, our kids enjoyed horseback ride in jungle, me with wife enjoyed off-road trip by classic land rover in jungle. Lovely place and staff delivering unique customer experiance.

We had booked a tour ran by this company through Viator sold as Uxmal and Kabah Day Trip from Merida. No1 fact: until midday they were still looking for a guide to take us to Uxmal and Kabah, even though the driver (not speaking english) had picked us up since 7:55. As a result we lost almost two hours wondering around a choco museum (!) which was not at all a highlight of our tour! No2 fact: when we finally met our guide, instead of talking to us, he was chating and singing to the driver! No3 fact: the guide was a disaster! Definitely the opposite of the 5 star service we expected from a Greyline suggested tour that we chose to overpay to reassure a quality tour. In both Kabah and Uxmal he was just running away to avoid the other groups (apparently to avoid any comparison) and he was pointing out places to take photos ( as if we needed a photographer, not a guide!) We understood nothing of what he was telling us as he was so brief and he was constantly telling us that he wanted to take us for meditation in the pyramid! No4 fact: He spoke very rudely about a cotraveller who asked him something and since she didn't get any answer, she went to read the sign in front of the monument. He started screaming at us when we left the site after the tour because we did nit follow him to the museum (we never understood that he was going to the museum as well, but even if we did, it would be a waste of time! No5 fact: The tour was including Free access to Uxmal’s First Explorers Gallery located at the main house of the Hotel Hacienda Uxmal, favorite of royalty and dignitaries. As well as Free use of The Lodge at Uxmal facilities: swimming pool, towel, lounge chairs. And lunch at Historic Hacienda Uxmal. We never had time to see the Gallery. We never had time to use the swimming pool. The driver rushed us for a very fast and terrible quality lunch because he said we should transfer two more guests from the Hacienda to Merida. The tour was a complete disaster! Definitely not what we paid for!

We arranged a private tour the two of us. Our guide Rosendo Pech did a great job of getting us into and and out of both sites efficiently. He seems to know everyone. Rosendo was sensitive to our interests and needs, but also very knowledgeable about site history. We were very pleased with our experience.
