Our mission is to produce Mexican wines with the best grapes from the Valle de Guadalupe region in Baja California, using processes and practices that ensure the highest quality. Very instagrammable and cozy place, we hired the package 1 day in heaven and all of 10
Food is good in both Polaris (breakfast only) and Latitude 32 (lunch and dinner)
Approx is spent between 2 and 3 k w/w for food and drink for 1 day. It is worth mentioning that in the two restaurants all the staff treated me of 10 as well as the group attended.
They have 24/7 transportation throughout the resort to the vineyard part.
The attention from Mario, Benjamin and Naomi was excellent, always attentive, helpful and above all they always gave me solution to my requests.
During the tour who was guiding us was super helpful as well as making the duration of the experience very enjoyable.
I would have liked to go in the time where the vegetation is in all its glory, they touched my vineyards without any leaves.
The rooms of 10 besides being super clean and with the necessary for in good rest.
100% recommended for couples, groups or even solo.
The place I personally loved, as in the evenings they set fires and you can request A&B service without theme.
There are several activities such as cycling and resort walking in Golf Carts.

I must say that the tastings and the quality of the wines are excellent and well organized, in the valley of Guadalupe in each tasting you learn something that we also live in El CIELO. They explained very well the characteristics of the wines and also an interesting tour in the area of the aging barrels and its process including that of sparkling wines.
The only fault is the restaurant that we ignored the reservation condition because of the high demand, the hosts lacking touch and empathy simply ran us almost like dogs having no reservation. A little cordiality is never enough and more if you have to deny them service.

Very great service by staff, our tour guide Angle was very informative and attentive and of course knowledgeable. The wine and chocolate pairing was amazing. Definitely a place to experience. Their cellar has a laid back chill vibe and makes it easy to enjoy their great wine.

We felt very well cared for during our three days at El Cielo. Even before we got there, Efrain was responsive and helpful in planning a complete experience for our family. On arrival, we discovered a recent rain had left the roads muddy and somewhat difficult, but the people on staff were welcoming, generous and patient, making sure we could move around the resort as we pleased for meals, wine tastings and education. Our room offered fantastic views of the winery, the mountains and the night sky. The highlight was a visit with a Harris’s Hawk, Cassiopeia. Her trainer Carlos explained how they work as a team to protect the vineyard from animals that might damage the plants, a key part of El Cielo’s commitment to sustainability. Staying at El Cielo was a perfect way to start our week in Mexico.

Absolutely gorgeous venue and wine was pretty good! The only downside is the cost to taste. It was a little more than what we were expecting and we didn't even get the most expensive option. Had the patio tasting and my husband had the 3 reserved reds and I had the 4 tastings of 2 white/2 reds and it was $80.00 for the 2 of us. BONUS: The pours were more than most other wineries and we did get to take the glasses home. So that was nice! We did not try the restaurant but looked good.

We have had such amazing experiences at this property from reception to rooms to dinner to wine tasting to check out. This was our third time staying at El Cielo in three months. The villas are beautiful, clean and spacious with all of the amenities you might want. Beds very comfortable and views of the pond and vineyard are incredible. We order the same steak dish every time we visit - this last time a little under cooked but the flavors and quality surpass any similar dishes we have eaten elsewhere. We look forward to returning. The employees make you feel valued as a guest and that’s refreshing.

It is a place that literally feels like one in “heaven.” Beautiful architecture, rooms. Your off-the-shelf food (Michelin Guide). The hotel surrounded by vines is also a world-class winemaker. Everything has been marvelous. What a beautiful place! The sommeliers were all so great. Their love of their craft shines through. Angel gave us a gorgeous tour of the lovely vineyards. Jose was our guide through the cellars, the process, AND the chocolate/wine pairings—wow! He was so knowledgeable and engaging. We are a group with a lot of restaurant/wine/food experience and all of us learned a lot. El Cielo really is heaven. :)

I was advised on previous occasions to skip this vineyard since the wines can be bought in every supermarket in Mexico but also because it is a very big cold not welcoming operation… and oh they were SO right.
This was my third visit to Valle and I have been to many vineyards, that’s why I decided to go to el Cielo regardless pf the warnings not to go.
I bought the cellar tasting for 950 pesos per person (45 dollars).
It was a joke the girl that welcomed us took out ticket and then said nothing, we asked like ok whats next? So she said go that way, so we did, then another girl took us to the cellar pointed to the barrels literally saying “here are some barrels” and when asked about something on top of the barrels she’s like I don’t know whats that for.. until then I was like ok she is not the expert.
Next we were seated down while you can see that they are carrying boxes and totally unprepared to start (we were there at opening time), then this guy with the softest hardly can hear voice starts telling us about the wine (I couldn’t hear a thing so I told him, and he just moved to my side so now my friend couldn’t hear) .
He starts saying this speech that eas totally memorized no explanation, no passion, nothing. I would have learned more from
The wine they were puring reading from a google search…
It went like that for 4 wines, then this lady took us for the cellar “tour” which was literally to walk 20 steps away from
Were we were sititing down started with another robot speech and mentioned at least 2 times that she didn’t know very well about that process or that type of wine.
Literally we learned nor saw anything interesting in all the tour.
The wines are Good and they are supposed to be their top ones. But honestly I would never go back there nor recommend the tasting. The place is ok but honestly there are so nicer wineries with employees or owners really passionate about their product.
So from a wine lover to another… skip this one

The best tasting I visited in Valle de Guadalupe. Without a doubt it is the best prepared and carried out tasting in the area, its experience with chocolate is a considerable difference and frankly the distinction of hospitality is noticeable. It is clearly the largest and the great group investment to achieve this is evident. Their wines compete quite a bit in big awards but the experience is definitely the most remarkable thing about this tasting.

We were a party of four and did the tour and wine tasting (premium wines) for about $100 if i can recall. I am not 100% on that amount , but i believe thats what it was. We didn't do the ATV or golf carts. Very upscale winery, with a nice restaurant on site. Can get pricey, but a nice experience.

Yo te recomiendo que busques su sitio de internet y los contactes directo, lo mejor es llamar y agendar, porque normalmente es raro que te respondan vía mail.
Hacer cita es básico en todas las vinicolas, sobretodo en temporada alta, ya que si no llegas con cita es probable que no te reciban o no te den el trato que esperas.

Le comento que la vinícola abre los 7 días de la semana en un horario de 10am a 8pm, para visitar la vinícola no es necesario hacer reservación sin embargo mi recomendación sería reservar para consumir en nuestro restaurante Latitud 32.
