This was 1 of 5 wineries I visited during my trip to Valle. I maybe did not pic the best tour because the wines where not that good. I had much better wines in other places. The facilities are excellent. I would give it another...More

We had a good winery tour our guide new what she was talking about . We didn’t stay for drinks but the music and the atmosphere was fun at the restaurant . It seem that it is a place for local people .

For either lunch or dinner, Baron Balche is be far one of the best "ranch style, open flame" restaurants in the Valle. Though many have this style of kitchen, the authentic style have it done before most makes it one of the best out there!

Interesting that they only do blends on their reds. The chardonnay was delicious and buttery. We bought a bottle and had then uncork it and we drank it on the patio and bought a cheese plate. Good stuff!

As in previous postings, I shared a similar in yelp but for the non-yelpers, here are my two cents... I think my review is going to be long... but Baron Balche deserves a lot more! Wine and wine tours are not just to taste, I...More

It is worth the drive on a dirt road to this beautiful winery. What a fun tour for a large group: our guide was extremely knowledgeable, patient with our group and had a great sense of humor! LOVED the wines! I will be back!

They start at $10usd per person and go up to $18per person. I would call and ask for a group rate when you make a reso.
