It is a bit harder for everyone who has no sports and outdoor experiences but you'll have too much fun when you finish the line you have chosen. My brother and I, both in our 20s, traveled to Quebec in July 2014 and found this by chance on the Quebec City tourism website. We were here in 2011 when it was called Arbre en Arbre. We returned to find it pretty much the same as we had left it. The excellent staff gave us our initial instruction after ensuring our harnesses were properly attached.
