Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have been here three times on separate trips to the county and we will return again! The staff here go above and beyond to welcome you and are generous with their samples! We intended to simply buy a few bottles (of their Chardonnay- amazing!) and carry on this time but the lovely gal who greeted us twisted our arms into sampling a couple of wines. Lovely rosés that we ended up buying too! Make sure to pick up some Pixie and Pixie Spritz too! Great summer treats!

We had an amazing group testing at Rosehall Run last weekend. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were very generous with the tastings of the many, great wines. We will definitely return soon.

Just spent an amazing Thanksgiving in Prince Edward County and a highlight of our stay was our visit to Rosehall Run. We had arranged a family tasting (there were 16 of us!) at 'the nest', hosted by the wine maker's son, Dylan Sullivan. His knowledge of the county, the vineyard, and especially the wine, was terrific. We walked the fields, tasted the grapes that were ready for harvest, visited the shop and took a great family photo on the Pixie truck. All of us left with some terrific wine in hand (funny that we all chose differently) and great admiration for the talent and hard work that brings Rosehall wines to life. Can't wait to make this a part of our Thanksgiving festivities next year!!

This was our first visit to this winery. It was recommended by a friend and it was a good recommendation.. They don’t have a large number of wines but instead they focus on quality which they do very well. If you are looking for quality wines, you need to add this to your list.

My husband and I have tasted wine at Rosehall Run numerous times. The experience is always wonderful, with knowledgeable staff and a great atmosphere. I have tasted wine throughout PEC....and Rosehall Run wines are my favorites.

Friendly winery with good wines. Sat at some picnic tables in the back. Nothing special. Take it or leave it. Decent pit stop.

SO disappointing…Very judgemental staff and uncomfortable environment. I went to do a tasting with 5 other people (women in our early thirties) and each person had 6 ounces of wine-that’s IT. One of the servers came to our table and told us there was an issue and that the issue was that we needed to slow down and drink water. He also said that he wasn’t sure where we were before and how much we drank, and asked if we were driving or not. No one had been drinking prior to getting there. If you want to drink a minimal amount of wine and don’t enjoy laughing and having fun with your friends or family and love being made to feel uncomfortable as a paying customer then this is the place for you.

A must see on your winery tour, right cross the road from the pizza place, a short stroll after lunch, it was a pleasant surprise to see this very tidy and neat winery . I got a chance to meet Cindy & Kent on the property, they have the right spirit to greet any visitors! Absolutely love their Unoaked Chardonnay!

The wine was good but paying for a tasting when purchasing 2 bottles of wine which were over $30/bottle is unfair.

This winery is a MUST on your touring in Prince Edward County! The range of wines is impressive and the quality consistently great. Award-winning Pinot Noir and gorgeous Chardonnay top my list and there are prices to suit everyone’s budget. Staff are super knowledgeable and friendly and the property is lovely. A bonus Greer Road grocery on site helps add to your gifts and picnic supplies.
