This park is lovely as it is close to the beach and Lake Erie. It has a parking right on the other side of the park. It has a pavilion where people can have their lunch or dinner here. There are numerous trees that stands out. My favorite place in this park is the two benches that are facing the... More

Centennial Park is a nice beach facing park on Lake Erie. It has tall shady trees and good spots to relax on a warm sunny day.

I used to live a mile away, and spent many hours here. I never spent much time in the section of the park on the parking lot side, but rather, enjoyed Cedar Bay beach. Picnic tables under a pavilion (I miss when they were on the beach and the hill, but c'est la vie.) Benches up on a hill overlooking... More

Found this place by accident when Crystal Beach was too packed. Now, this is our favourite little-known hide-away!!!!

Fun for kids. No frills, relaxing free beach. Great little spot to spend some time with the little ones. Safe shallow water.

I love to bring a book and some munchies when I visit. I can spend a full day here, just reading, listening to the waves and the sounds of kids playing. I do not swim here but do putter around a bit on the shore. I have a certain spot that I like to curl up into with a blanket... More

Centennial Park is my favourite park in the Niagara Region. It is usually very quiet, and hardly anyone goes there. It has it all. A pavilion if you have a group BBQ, a kids play area, benches overlooking Lake Erie, washrooms and a recreational trail going through it. Very peaceful and serene. The way a park should be.
