This is one of our favourite places to go hiking in Halton. The area offers a chance to explore the historical Limestone Kilns and take a step back in time to early days of settlement. Limhouse Conservation area is great for bird watching and photography....More

We hiked the trails which were really beautiful and came across the lime kiln and powder magazine with appropriate plaques explaining their history and restoration. Lovely area.
