This is through the little town of Cheticamp where again we spent a night on the big red barn motel. Trails all over the place. Nice walking and great areas of water.

We did the whole loop about 8km (?) long and took us about 4.5 hours because we took out time, took pictures, ate lunch., etc. We should have stick to our original plan to just hike half the loop instead of the whole loop. The...More

This is a tough trail. It climbs all the way up to 365 meters. However, there are some beautiful scenic views. There were a lot of dead trees. Interestingly enough, I had no idea that dead trees could look so attractive. For those who are...More

Great trail, easy walking, steep in places, benches occasionally, side trails for great views (and the occasional observation deck!), and a privy near the top. Good birding!

Great trail with the same views as Skyline, but far fewer people and nice forest walk on a real trail.
