We really enjoyed this museum. Had absolutely no idea how much Bell had contributed to the world of science, aviation, communication and many other fields. A lot of his memorabilia was contributed by his family with the provision that the museum be built near his summer home in Nova Scotia. Visit the small town of Baddeck while you are there!

Great for kids of all ages. Inspired learning about one of the worlds' great inventors. Mt grandfather was one of the children he let play among his inventions

Fascinating museum staffed with knowledgeable staff. Couldn't believe everything we learned there. And the gift shop is great. Small but stacked with unusual items.

We learned so much about this great man from here. Always thought he was Scottish, and invented telephone, full stop. The display and the narrative by the people there was clear and interesting, the whole environment especially the outdoor was very pretty, serene and scenic. The entry price was reasonable too.

Visited the museum and learned several facts about Bell that I never knew. The museum provides an informative background on his early life in Canada and his quest to continuously improve living through his inventions. There are examples of many of his inventions, small to very large. If you are in the area, be sure to take an hour or... More

We learned so much more about this great man and his wife, what a team, he loved her and respected her as much as she did him! A lot to read, was hoping for more real artifacts, but very impressed overall, score 10/10'm should have looked for his home, across the water, would have been something to see,,lovely trip

Great way to spend a few hours on a rainy day in Baddeck. Lots of reading and only a little bit of interactive stuff for the kids, so this might be better for the adult crowd.

We spent a night in Baddeck during our trip to Cape Breton and stopped by the museum early in the morning. We were happy we made the stop. We did the guided tour (price for the ticket was nominal, cannot remember the exact amount but ~$7-12). Our guide was really good and provided lot of information and answered all our... More
