A well laid out museum with a variety of educational presentations on the life of Alexander Bell. Videos, tours, audio and photos. I had no idea that he had so many interests in the study of flight as well as telecommunications and speech. Highly recommend

You'll need at least two hours to take in most of it, more if you wish to take it all in. Very few people are aware of the depth and breadth of A.G. Bell's discoveries and inventions, the telephone was but one of his numerous...More

Did realise bell did so much, not very expensive so if you find yourself with a spare hour worth a quick look.

The museum is rather tired and I found the staff were not well informed. Upon entering we were offered an extra - one half hour slide show with lots of good information for only $3.75 per person. Over 90% of the information we were given...More

A small but well designed museum that tells the story of Graham Bell. The section about teaching people speech was not expected and they have a full size model of the first plane to fly in Canada...ala the Wright Brothers.

I thought I knew about Mr. Bell – clearly I did not. Besides knowing about his telephone invention – I really knew little else. He was amazing, hydrofoil boats, airplanes, super kites, early technology, agriculture, saving land, living near Baddeck for much of his life,...More

This was a very well laid out museum with many interesting displays and exhibits of this great teacher, scientist and inventor. Alexander Graham Bell led a fascinating life; inventing the telephone was only one of his inventions. He produced the world's fastest boat and designed...More

You might be forgiven for thinking AG Bell was just the inventor of the phone. In fact he was quite a innovator and very generous in helping others to dream. I learned much more about him, just wish I would have arrived at the museum...More
