Did you know there is a trail there? Stretch the legs and do a lap or two, it's pretty!

A few of the people (with me) did not know that there is a trail here, and you actually should walk that trail, it's pretty. Don't just go directly to the lighthouse. There is a map located outside of the parking area so find it and do the loops, and you can ultimately end up at the lighthouse. On a... More

This is a short, easy hike, with the parking lot about 500m away from the lighthouse. It is only about a 5 minutes drive away from Rocky Harbour

The lighthouse was closed during our visit, but the views are well-worth the visit. Whether you prefer to hike the trails or just relax and enjoy the scenery, you will not be disappointed.

This lighthouse is at the end of the road in Rocky Harbour - easily accessible by a short walk from the parking lot. The lighthouse is nicely restored and it is easy to image what it was like when it was first built. Take time to visit the museum inside to learn about the local history. If you have time,... More

Nicely restored and well done museum displays - but the best part was the knowledgeable park staff - enjoyed learning more about life here and in the area. Like everything in GMNP - a really scenic location and lots of hiking trails if you have the time.

Well maintained with short trails to the bluff and beach. Lighthouse closed in the off-season but still worth the visit. Even a path down to the old garden

See the way it all was years ago. It was comfortable living but happy people besides...Nothing like old fashioned Newfoundland shots of this place. I recommend going to see it

This quaint little lighthouse is very close to Rocky Harbour and a must see for visitors to the area! Enjoy an easy hike in the area, lots of parking, but if you really wanted a good walk, you can tackle it from Rocky Harbour.

We toured the Lighthouse in September. The staff were friendly and informative. The displays within the Lighthouse provided very interesting information about the history of the Lighthouse and Rocky Harbour. A must-see if you are in the area.
