Went to Fundy National Park for a wilderness experience, no better than being in the city with the noise all day and at night. Noisy even at 02:00 a.m. The washrooms appear to be cleaned only once a day. We have been to private campgrounds...More

We came to see the variances in tides as understood this place has the largest variances anywhere in the world. Low tide was amazing, and even saw large lobster boats totally grounded then later at almost high tide the ships were bobbing in adequate water....More

You could spend at least two days in this park exploring. It is both educational and scenic. We really enjoyed this stop!

It was a good trip I think every Canadian should visit the area. We visited at low tide, enough guides around to ask questions and while there don't forget to ask them to show you the collapse of the castle.

There are so many great hikes and views that can be found in Fundy National Park. They range from 1/2 hour to day long. Lots of beach access a small visitors centre, the interpretive centre is being renovated.

I believe you're seeing pictures of Hopewell Rocks, which we also visited. Fundy National Park is less dramatic.

Fundy for a one day trip without bikes would be my choice. There are a variety of hiking trails for all levels of ability and Alma is a great spot to grab a bite if you don't want to picnic.
